OUR LOCATION:
The church facilities are located at the corner of Washington Street and Church Street (40 Washington St.) in Barre. We have a parking lot to the rear of the building off Church Street. You may enter Church Street from Washington when coming from the East. If you are coming from the west, please pass the church building and take your first left onto Academy Street. Continue along that until you reach Averill Street, turn left, and then left again onto Church Street, where you will see the church facilities. You may see a map by clicking here on Map
OUR USUAL SCHEDULE:
Sunday worship begins at 10 am. At 8:45 am, we have Adult Bible Study and nursery care. Between 9:30-9:45, we begin praise music and prelude. Sunday School for children age 4 through teens (and nursery) takes place during worship, with the children returning for communion at the end of the service. Following worship, we share refreshments and fellowship. Periodically, we share a meal together then also.
Monday and Saturday: The office is closed
Tuesday – Friday: The office is open from 9-noon, with appointments scheduled through the afternoons. The Food Shelf is open from 3-5 on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Our free Community Dinner is held Fridays from 5:30-6:30 weekly. Evening meetings, rehearsals, special worship and classes take place all week.
